Create the App Hosting account

In the console, open App Hosting → New App Hosting.

1. Choose a plan and a period, and optionally give it a name.
2. Pick a PHP version (or no PHP) and versions of Node.js, Python and Java. You can change them later.
3. Create it — the account is ready in a few seconds. Open it to see your username, password and server address.
