Attach a domain and get SSL
In the examples, svm123 is your username and SERVER_IP is your server address — both are on the Access tab of your SVM in the console.
At your DNS provider, point the domain to your SVM:

www.example.com → SERVER_IP
optional — if it points here too, www is added to the same certificate
- Wait until the DNS change is visible (usually minutes, sometimes a few hours).
- In the console, open your SVM → Domains, enter the domain and press Add domain.
- The SSL certificate is issued within seconds and renews itself. If DNS was not ready yet, press Issue SSL later.
Remove any AAAA (IPv6) record that points somewhere else — it would make the domain check fail. A domain can belong to only one account.
