Create the SVM

In the console, open SVM → New SVM.

1. Choose a plan and a period, and optionally give it a name.
2. Pick a PHP version (or no PHP) and a Node.js version. You can change both later.
3. Create it — the account is ready in a few seconds. Open it to see your username, password and server address.
